Quality assurance and service commitment
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of commissioning of equipment into operation. 
Service commitment:
1)After signing the contract, the buyer has the right to ask for supplementary requirements due to the change of standard and procedure.
2)We promise that to begin the after sales service, since the date of acceptance of equipment installation or operation.
3)After sales service period: Since the date of acceptance of installation, it enters the after sales service period. The after sales service period is including the quality warranty period and quality maintenance period.
4)Quality warranty period is 12 months from the date of equipment acceptance. 
5)Quality maintenance period is lifetime maintenance, and starts after end of quality warranty period.
6)  After-sales service is including technical training service, troubleshooting services, technical consulting services, and spare parts service.
7)Response time: We will promptly send our technician to the spot with 24 hours when receive the equipment malfunction report.
