RWS-1.5 Microwave muffle furnace

 

(1) Introduction
RWS-1.5 Microwave muffle furnace is a kind of standardized and multifunctional microwave high temperature research equipment. It is typically used for high vacuum and high temperature sintering, R&D, low temperature and small batch production of several materials for colleges, universities, research institutes, technology R&D centers, etc. Especially, it is suitable for the sintering of zirconia tooth. The furnace is featured of rapid sintering, high efficiency, versatile, etc.

(2) Structure:
RWS-1.5 Microwave muffle furnace consists of microwave cavity, microwave generation system, cooling water system, insulation system, crucibles, atmosphere control system, electronic control system, infrared pyrometer, mobile platform, etc.

(3) Main features:
1. It can realize ultra fast heating, greatly shorten the soaking time, and the experimental efficiency can be multiplied.
2. Stepless adjustment of microwave output power that realizes accurate temperature control profile.
3. Using imported high precision infrared pyrometer to measure the sample temperature directly.
4. It provides manual, automatic and constant operating mode which can be freely switched.
5. It can process several kinds of materials of different microwave properties and has excellent versatility.
6.  Incorporated with anti-corrosive exhaust to quickly discharge the gas generated from heating process.
7. Touch screen display and operation, able to set and to store multiple recipes, auto-save operating history, compatible to printers, real-time temperature profile display, and realize dynamic monitoring and control of heating process.
8. According to user’s needs to incorporate with Kingview and connecting to PC fpr operation. 
9) Safety and reliability: Adopting industrial grade water-cooled microwave generation system which can allow 24 hours operation uninterruptedly. Microwave leakage level of the equipment is far lower than the international standard, which only equals to mobile phone‘s radiation level. It is equipped with its own microwave anti- leakage alarm device and safety interlock, the microwave generator will be cut off automatically or manually when microwave leakage is over standard.
